Those Who Wait tells the story of one person’s struggle to reclaim the love of their life.
TWW is a single-shot short film meaning the entire film was shot in one take – no cuts or edits. The final product was a culmination of an incredibly tight-knit and dedicated crew working together like a well-oiled machine to pull off scenery, set, and costume changes, and activate props, lighting, and special fx accordingly.
The animated props needed to be activated by crew off-screen using cables, or, in the case of the “wine,” needed to have the illusion of liquid without the danger of spilling during fast scene-changes.
